Right wing of Serbian national team, Dragan Tubic (25) is a new player of Poland champion, Vive Targe Kielce. Contract is signed on six month with possible prolongation on one more year. Tubic, who played also as a right back for Partizan DO, was with Serbia at EC in Austria, but stay out of official squad of 16 players for the first round.
