African Handball Championships: Egypt and Tunisia straight to the Final!

Cervar cut the list to 18 names - Bozic is out!

Germany beat Belarus twice and is ready for European Championship!

Edin Basic joins Chamberry!

 The French vice-champion Chamberry has strengthened its team, in order to parry Gorenje and Bosna in the bid which of these teams to enter the TOP16 phase in the CL, but also to better their record in the home championship. The new name is Edin Basic (30), the left back from BiH, who got famous in last 8 years, playing in Switzerland for Winterthur (four years), Erdingen (two years) and finally winning two titles with Zurich Amiticia, for which he scored 16 goals in the CL so far.

Kasim Kamenica temporary coach of Montenegro!

 The well known handball name, Kasim Kamenica (55), has been given the chance to temporarily lead the team of Montenegro for the qualifications for the World Cup in Sweden in 2011, after the resigning of Ranko Popovic. Alfred Gislasson extends contract with Kiel until 2014!

 "Kad si sam, kad je sve tužno, ti se sjeti nje... Makedonija ti pruža ljubavi sve!" Pjevao je sedamdesetih taj refren frontmen grupe Time Dado Topić, a Lino Červar ga bar jednom u sebi ponovio za vrijeme Europskog prvenstva u Austriji. Na kojem mu je tradicionalno bilo teže s novinarima nego sa suparnicima. Razočaran izostankom podrške i obožavanja kakvo uživa u Skoplju, u jednom je trenutku (dosta nezgodnom) pomislio da je stvarno sam i da je sve tužno te je ispalio da ne može više voditi hrvatske rukometaše uz dodatak: najbolje da si nađete novoga nakon EP-a. Navijače je dodatno zabrinuo kad je unatoč srebru, fenomenalnom uspjehu s najmlađom momčadi na prvenstvu, potvrdio da priča s Makedoncima i ponudom Minče Jordanova nije bezazlena i da je "sasvim izgledna opcija".
